The review was commissioned by an Expert Medical Panel (EMP) for the Department of Health, Western Australia to provide information on the scientific evidence of associations between exposure to the herbicides 2,4,5-T and 2,4-D as well as the co-contaminant 2,3,7,8-TCDD and adverse health effects, including signs and symptoms of disease, diagnosed disease or death from any cause.
