The Agent Orange Working Group was established by a group of INGOs with projects aiming to resolve the legacy of Agent Orange and provide humanitarian assistance to Vietnamese war victims. The first meeting was held at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre in July 2004, and subsequent meetings are scheduled on a regular basis. The working groups’s Terms of Reference were revised in 2010, and can be found below.
